I am an inspiring leader with a demonstrated history of working at both local and international NGOs, private companies, and educational institutions on project implementation, business development, event management, social media marketing, community engagement, and international education.At Progressive Youth Association (PYA), under my leadership since June 2019, numerous programs have been created and a dozen of grants have been received from the U.S. Department of State to fund projects on democracy and human rights, news and media literacy, debate and public speaking, peace-building, mental health, civic activism, English, etc. Tens of thousands of high school students have become direct beneficiaries.Being a Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX), Workshop for Youth Leaders in English Teaching (WYLET), and Alumni Thematic International Exchange Seminar (TIES) alumnus, I have worked at American Councils for International Education as a Young Inventors Program Logistics Assistant, FLEX Alumni Batken and Kyzyl-Kiya City Representative, Global Village on the Move Program Logistics Consultant, and Assistant to FLEX Alumni Coordinator.I am pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the American University of Central Asia (AUCA), where I have worked as a Language Partner of the Colorado College Study Abroad (CCSA) Program as well. Outside non-profit organizations and educational institutions, I also possess experience working for international and local private companies, such as American DiaPrep System Inc. as a Business Development Intern.
