About Erlend Johnston

Erlend Johnston is the Chief Financial Officer of Seafox (Millennium Offshore Services prior to merger with Seafox 2014) and has held these positions since September 2011. Erlend brings to the position a wealth of experience, with 20 years in senior finance and accounting roles, overseeing finance teams in the UK, Middle East, Caspian and Asia-Pacific regions. Erlend is a UK Chartered Accountant (CA), and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS). Erlend trained and qualified for his CA while working with Deloitte, where he spent more than seven years. He held the role of Enterprise Risk Services Manager prior to moving onto various senior roles within the oil and gas services industry. As CFO of Seafox, Erlend has led the Finance functions, overseen the financing of the group (including senior secured notes listed on the Irish Stock exchange, conventional and Islamic facilities), managed Investor Relations, merger and integration, expansion and set up into the Asia-Pacific region and played a key role in the streamlining of the business. Erlend is widely experienced in managing all aspects of the finance function, compliance, internal control systems, tax, financing, diligence and international establishment.
