Produksjonstraineeordningen har som mål å utvikle fremtidige ledere i Orkla Foods Norge og Orkla, primært innen fabrikkledelse, endringsledelse og prosjektledelse. Det første året av traineeperioden var jeg plassert på Toro utenfor Bergen. Det andre året som konsulent i Orkla ASA og tredje året som produksjonssjef på Stranda.

Helping youths in all levels and ages to learn the technique and to compete in sailing. Three times a week in the main season. In 2016 started I my own sail course for grown ups with great success!

Oslo Seilforening er en av Norges største seilforeninger med tilholdssted på øya Lille Herbern. Jeg har gjennom seks år i styret lært mye om styrearbeid og prosjektarbeid. Seilforeningens mange medlemmer bidrar til at det er mulig å ha en sunn økonomi samtidig som man utvikler idretten og ivaretar midlene og arealene man disponerer. På grunn av jobb på andre siden av landet har jeg dessverre måtte tre ut av styret for en periode. Siden jeg begynte å seile i Oslo Seilforening har jeg utviklet et seilmiljø for unge og opprette et treningstilbud for voksne som ønsker å lære å seile. Seilforeningen har vært en fin mulighet til å kombinere fritid og jobb og utvikle meg som leder på mange nivåer.Oslo Seilforenings slagord er "Spenning og glede". Foreningen skal tilby breddeaktiviter for alle aldre. Jeg kan på det varmeste ønske alle velkommen til en åpen og trivelig seilforening jeg er veldig stolt å være en del av.

I had five years in the board of the yacht club "Oslo Selforening". My role was to secure the young sailors wants and take care of youth activities. I loved the job because it was social and also very important for recruitment to the club. During my periode there was a change from only being a few youth members to now making almost one third of the members. Two success factor is the summercamps started in 2013 and making the youths sail weekly in 26ft boats as a team.

As the chairman in Indøk NMBU my primary role was to ensure that the board worked efficient and with clear goals when setting and implementing it’s direction and strategy. My primary goal for Indøk NMBU was to maintain the good cooperation with companies, partners and professional organizations for future employment and the good environment among the students in the study program.Indøk NMBU is a student organization for all students belonging to the five-year master programme in Industrial Economics at NMBU(Norwegian University of Life Sciences). Their vision is to strengthen industrial economy as a study programme, establishing and maintaining relations between the students and professional organizations, and to create a good and active student environment at the University for the industrial economics students.

Helping, teaching and motivating students in "high school" level with science subjects.

I had 8 months as the head of social activities and bonding for my fellow students in Industrial Engineering. My task was to make fun events and raise the number of participators. Over 8 months we more than doubled the number of events, and students that showed up raised dramatically. This leadership was very social, fun and nice to do beside my studies.

One year work as an consultant on ecological footprint in Nordic Choice Hotels. It was a great experience about how much companies can decrease their ecological footprint and how they do theiraudit.

Had my military service at the Royal Yacht of Norway. Practiced as firefighter and deckhand onboard for one year. Learned a lot about navigation and travelled to many different places in Norway and the mediterranean sea.
