I am an active father of three with a broad education including military leadership and both mechanical and marine technology. My military experience as an officer/military leader and naval crew member gives me a very good understanding of processes that makes people co-operate towards a common goal. Communication, cooperation and good coordination skills are important in this respect, skills I have gained through my work and experience as Union representative and Member of the board of Directors in DeepOcean.My experience in subsea technology working for different companies, involves several type of field development projects (feasibility-, FEED- and detail design -projects), SURF projects and large scale IMR- and Light Construction projects. Working with such complex projects gives a unique insight of all the factors important for a successful project development and execution.My experience also include business Development as co-founder and Chairman of the Board for Enios AS, a consultant company offering services to the Subsea service companies operating in the Norwegian market. My position as Engineering Manager in the Enios daily company operation includes HR-management and contract management with the Enios customers.This work has made me an structured, eager, solution- and practical-oriented person with both experience with the theoretical point of view through analysis work, and also the practical and administrative point of view through my executive and military background, my work with offshore operation planning and hands-on offshore experience.
