Manage various short-term debit program projects (1week to 6 months) from project activation to implementation to production for Financial Institutions (i.e. banks, credit unions). Initiate conference calls to discuss and clarify the specific service(s) being requested for implementation. Contact fulfillment departments inside and outside First Data Corporation to coordinate testing, product and service adds, deletions, platform deconversions and/or database and gateway updates/changes. Compose spec forms depicting expected results, create Statements of Work that outlines the scope of the project request and forward to clients for review, approval and signature prior to putting in progress. Submit specification documents to designated fulfillment areas for database keying. Validate database entries prior to and on implementation date as well as notify client of changes being implemented prior to live date. Notify clients of successful implementation of their request. Additional multi-tasking include but are not limited to requesting emergency back-out of database changes, validating all change request, billing clients for services/products that were implemented, researching clients current debit program set-up to insure we are not duplicating needlessly. Conduct project reviews with internal team for spec form accuracy. Validate production changes utilizing several debit processing applications by accessing via Inquiry. Close projects according to guidelines.

Provide Client Implementations PMs to prepare boarding specifications to handle new client installation projects for debit card processing via (PAR, CDA, Tandem). Validate that specifications accurately reflect customers’ processing requirements. Conduct pre-entry reviews of all specifications to validate completeness. Input specifications into the certification and production systems. Validate the quality of all inputted specifications. Request appropriate production system jobs via the Change Order Request (CR) process, including file builds, card file transfers, switch based processor set ups. Participate in daily project review meetings to review, identify, address questions/issues relating to a client’s specification and profile project specifications prior to production elevation.

Received training on various test system applications for processing insurance quotes through insurance applications (WEB Point-of-Sale to WEB-end user applications). Created quotes based on testing criteria and processed them from New Business to Renewal App via Client Server and AS400 by running nightly cycles. Discussed with developers test criteria and approach for testing Production Defects. Created test plans, tested and validated test results of Production Defects prior to migration to production. Documented statuses of defect testing through Quality Center database.
