Considering the success shown previously, I received an offer to work as an outbound call agent on the newly acquired campaign from Baruti with the two leading global logistics companies UKMail and DHL. In addition to everything. I also had the responsibility to tutor the newcomers in regards to their duties and the ins and outs of the campaign.

Strategically maneuvered and created various ways for reaching the desirable results. Carefully built the product promotion route, successfully contributing also on the research made to target an audience who would really benefit from the company and vice-versa. Re-wrote the original fifteen minute presentation written by Avrios which now is a million-dollar company. Made a three minute presentation which was gradually imported and used by everyone on the company including both Switzerland and Kosova and led to a rapid growth and increase of sales for about 45%.

Hence the numerous campaigns that “Alpha Solutions” as a company had, I can say that it was quite a fast paced and a dynamic working environment. Switching from campaign to campaign and from client to client for a number of times on a daily basis, required some last second and fast decision making which was really stressful from time to time but also really toughening on the long run. Delivered exceptional results, which led to me being promoted to the position of the Manager of 50% of the campaigns that were taking place at the time.
