Current- Management of engineering studies and invesment processes for new model producibility and implementation of actual model modifications from design to serail production. * Supporting product design, product analysis and feasibility studies. * Design of production line concepts with technological investment requirements with Siemens Process Simulate program. * Determination of project budgets according to required capacities. * Time and resource planning of the projects. * Preperation of technical specifications. * Technical evaluation of offers and suppliers. * Management of all sub-contractor companies. * Reviewing supplier's design and manufactured equipments. Approval of supplier's shipment. * Performing commissioning activities * Process verification activities. Approval of product and process with kanban procedure. * Process improvement, cycle time reduction and OEE increase activities. * Hand-over of technical documentation and production lines to production department. * Lead and develop Project Team to ensure that the KPIs are on target. * Problem solving throughout projects by analyzing root causes and by using the methods such as fishbone, 5-why, PDCA etc.
