I started my career in August 2013 as a mechanical maintenancr engineer at 2x600 Mw Bekirli Thermal Power Plant.I took part in the planning of maintenance process and maintenance activities of two different brands of Chinese steam turbines and auxiliary equipment of theese turbines.(Dongfang and Shanghai Turbines).Within the scope of my work; revision and maintenance of turbine, pump,valve,lubrication,cooling,steam, and hydraulic lines , compressor and HVAC's maintenance activitises.In addition, the low-pressure turbine,generator,boiler feedwater pump turbine and turbine control valves disassembly,maintenance and installation actively worked(overhoull maintenances).Since July 2017 I have been working as a chef position.During this process,I managed a team of 30 worker.I left my job at Icdas Bekirli 2x600 MW supercritical thermal power plant on April 30, 2018.May 15, 2018 I strated as a mechanical maintenance engineer in ENERJİSA Bandırma natural gas combined cycle power plant with a total production capacity of 1543 MW.I managed the maintenance works of gas turbines of two different brands.(Siemens and Mitsubishi) withing in my scope; mechanical maintenance gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, waste heat boilers and their auxiliary equipment.During my working life at Enerjisa Üretim, we carried out the disassembly, maintenance and assembly works of 8000 H Siemens and Mitsubishi M701F gas turbine rotors and compressor rotors within the scope of planned maintenance.Within the scope of these planned maintenances, gas turbines bearing revisions, combustion chamber maintenances, revisions of gas turbine blades and wear parts were made and reported by us in the presence of a supervisor within the framework of quality standards and occupational safety procedures.Making spare part works, preparing the necessary specifications, planning the trouble maintenance, leading the team, repairing and reporting the malfunctions are among my responsibilities.Within the scope of the realization of all these maintenance activities, I lead 7 mechanical technicians, 1 mechanical maintenance supervisor and 1 mechanical maintenance engineer.As of March 1,2023 I strated working at Siemens Energy as a Repair Center Supervisor.Within the scope of my responsibility,I carry out the disassembly,assembly,fact finding,repair and revision works of Industrial type steam turbines belonging to Siemens Energy.In parallel,I hold the position of manager of Siemens Energy Repair Center,where I took part in the installatoin within the scope of repair and revision works.
