I have been working as a Project Specialist at the Agriculture and Rural Development Support Institution (IPARD) for over 14 years. IPARD is a pre-accession instrument of the European Union that offers financial support for investment projects in Turkey's agriculture and rural development sectors.My competencies include evaluating grant applications, assessing project proposals, monitoring project progress, and analyzing project business plans. I have extensive knowledge and expertise in the eligibility criteria and operational procedures of the IPARD program, as well as the investment needs and challenges of rural areas in Turkey. I’m passionate about contributing to the sustainable development and modernization of rural areas in Turkey, as well as enhancing cooperation and integration with the EU.
