Coordinating related departments for the updates and ensuring the necessary actions are taken.- Analyzing and forecasting the optimum stock levels needed to achieve sales target and optimize the margin. Making OTB and RPT decisions for the product groups under the responsibility.- Making range plan analyses to support buying and design teams as they create collections for relavant product groups. - Guiding the following season collection by evaluating best and worst seller.

- Responsible for optimization of the right product at the right place and at the right time, to get the maximum profit and to minimize the cost of inventory.- Managing all the product flows including initial allocations, RPT and transfers for the seasonal products.- Ensuring the coordination between the center and stores.- Performing store visits on a regular basis to prepare reports on store demands, product sales performances, analyzing customer profile and segmentation for stores and providing feedback. Sharing and presenting the notes observed during these visits at the weekly trade meeting.- Based on the in-season product sales performances updating or cancelling OTB decisions.
