Open a new site for Pi brand. Project managed some of the building work as well.We open our doors May 2022 , had to put a team together for this site and implemented new strategies and processes in order to get a healthy balance sheet. Successful Year one about to finish. We are already seeing very strong numbers and great feedback from local guests.

Creating bigger team, creating a team for a new product etc.Coaching and training: Giving constructive feedback to each agent which usually includes: updates on new processes, daily/weekly CSAT results, explaining targets which need to be achieved as per business requirements and providing training to new starters about tools usage. It was a seasonal 3stars Hotel. I was running mainly bar and restaurant which also comes with the beach front. Effectively around 200 customers was under my responsibility along with 10 staff members. i was directly reporting to Hotel owner.
