Mercedes me connect Internationalization - NAFTA Implementation project- Leads the workpackage “Sales and Retail processes” within Mercedes me connect rollout in the USA & Canada, and Greece, Malta, and Cyprus- Coordinates Daimler headquarters and international markets on rollout activities and definition of market specific requirements on processes and systems, legal, and business objectives- Develops project plans including scope, budget, timeline, risk analysis and reports project status to project stakeholders

- Works together with commercial teams and directly with customers to develop package handling and material handling system concepts and solutions based on Intralox Activated Roller Belt (ARB) technology.- Qualifies ARB opportunities- Provides project evaluation and layout or solution consulting to customers (end users and integrators)- Educates commercial teams or individuals on selling complex solutions- Develops innovative, high value solutions (both applications and layout concepts) based on the ARB technology platform- Communicates the system enabling value of the ARB technology platform to customers through in person and remote technical presentations.- Brings ideas to improve ARB technology and related business processes- Approves new application developments- Provides on site start-up assistance, after sales service and inspections on ARB equipment

- Evaluates and approves new conveyor belting applications of European and Turkish customers- Provides field sales and internal sales staff and customers with strong technical support and recommends solutions for critical applications- Solves customer problems via telephone or on-site visits- Follows up on initial project proposals and makes sure the B2B accounts’ satisfaction with his recommended conveyance solutions- Builds strong relationships with technical staff and managers at customers’ sites- Preserves service-minded and self-managed mentality with a strong sense of ownership
