Adana 3 is a joint venture company consisting of SBR Agro and Yaltir Tarim. As the company's manager, I was responsible for such tasks:• Planning and control 380 hectares agricultural production, • Managing to office and field teams, as well as HR and supplier relationships,• Started to sales of frigo strawberry plants and expanding the product range to include varieties such as Alba, Asia, Syria, Roxana (New Fruits/Italy), Rumba (Fresh Forward/Netherlands), Florence (Meiosis/England), and Malwina (DSG/Germany), • Inbound and outbound marketing, • Organised one of the best berry conference and field day in Ukraine in the spring of 2016 with over 200 visitors (including more than 100 growers),• Increased frigo plant sales from 0 to 5 million plants per year, boosted the company's revenue by 100% in 4 years and we became the biggest strawberry nursery in Ukraine, • Found clients in Armenia, Kazakhstan, Georgia and started to exporting frigo plants to these countries,• After‑sales visited all clients, agricultural conferences and exhibitions,• Started to use our empty fields for grain (rye) production, it increased our revenue 14%, • Sold freshly grown berries to domestic supermarket chains, IQF companies and wholesale markets in various cities throughout Ukraine, as well as selling rye to traders and to elevators,• Prepared financial reports for board (P&L, cash flow, budget etc...),• Successfully completed to renovation of an old Kolhoz to a company center with offices, warehouses, electricity, wells, house for workers ...(Because of war: the company stopped to strawberry frigo plants propagation, new strawberry plantation, new blueberry plantation and gave to rent all grain production fields to another company)

All installations were completed with 0 incidents and 0 near missing,• Providing training and licensing of field installation teams, performance productivity. Design and installation of outdoor branding objects of 3 Gloria Jean’s Coffee Shops in KyivConcept designs were prepared for local oil companies( Wells, MC oil, Slav Neft) and were purchased by them. Contracts signed for the application of new designs for more than 100 points.Turnkey re-branding and renovation project of FORA supermarket chain:According to the new brand design prepared by a British company for FORA, turnkey renovation project was developed for 125 points and agreed on with the client(project paused due to global financial crisis)
