Worked as Body Interior Integration Engineer on Body Interior department.Responsible of the integration of the new/modified body interior commodities to the new model MCV programs including Fully Networked Vehicles and Electric Vehicles.Current responsibilities on the new model MCV programs include:- Tracking the costs & timing for the new/modified Body Interior commodities to make sure they are in line with the program financials & timing.- Leading the Body Interior team in order to achieve successful delivery of the Program Deliverables at each Program Gateway on time. Reporting the status to the team & program management.- Leading the Engineering Change Management & Technical Issues Resolution process for Body Interior. Reporting the status to the team & program management.- Support & guide the Body Interior Engineering teams with the preparation of the Engineering related documents such as DFMEAs, Quality History, P and Boundary Diagrams, DVPs, CRFs, CPLs, CPAs, 1st and 2nd Engineering Concepts, ESOW, MSOW, PDPs, FIR packs, etc.- Representing the Body Interior team at program meetings such as PST, T&D, EMM, CMM, AIMS, VPAT, etc.- Presenting the status of the programs & tracking the progress of the team at Body Interior internal meetings such as Design Reviews, Engineering Metric Reviews, Program Start-Up meetings, etc.- Giving trainings to the team about product development & program management related processes.
