Full responsibility for Chinese business, reporting to the President; Launching new business lines with particular reference to Lithium Batteries; Responsible for developing, implementing and controlling the overall business plan (budget) and arranging the resources to achieve the desired results; Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards; Oversee Lean Manufacturing techniques, quality, cost reduction, complete and on-time delivery, safety, customer satisfaction, employee relations, visual controls and plant performance measures; developing key performance indicators (KPIs); driving team to achieve both immediate tactical goals and long term strategic goals & objectives.

Full responsibility of P&L. In charge for sales and supervision for the production and quality with main targets of: implementation of Lean processes for costs/waste reduction and zero quality defects, implementation of QMS and Internal Quality Audit; implementation of KVP-Workshop; implementation of JIT and consignment stock; implementation of KPI at all levels; suppliers localization.

Start-up of new brand factory for production of Industrial Batteries. Main responsibility for the sales to the Original Equipment. Development of the sales in mainland China (trough dealerships for After Sales Market and direct sales to OE) and APAC regions. Creating and managing the sales team in mainland China.

Working in the New Business Development Team to define the business plan of a new product in the field of air filter separators.
