Calculating dimensions of unfolded steel plates according to profile sections and different wall thicknesses for the production with press brake machines, analysis of bending factors, and standardization of profile sections.Creating 2D and 3D manufacturing details and drawings in SolidWorks and AutoCAD programs with 3D TEKLA (X-Steel) model datas obtained from technical draftsmen. Also, making 3D connection designs with SolidWorks and structural analysis with ANSYS.Preparing technical request documents, BOQ and BOM lists for raw materials, fasteners and galvanizing processes.
