• Drove design development of upcoming vehicle, conducted careful data analysis and proposed novel design solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams; increased driving range by 16% and met company targets of best-in-class aerodynamic efficiency. • Launched development of database and reporting tool to manage terabytes of simulation data; defined project requirements, workflows, and feature priorities of new system to enable the aerodynamics team to overcome significant process bottlenecks and data loss, as well as more effectively handle numerous concurrent projects. • Created custom simulations and analyzed performance of Faraday Future vehicle platform paired with various chassis from OEM vehicle manufacturers; closely coordinated with Studio Engineering and Design teams to support urgent business development efforts to secure investment in the company.

• Developed and implemented testing plan for $280K wind tunnel experiment; maximized effectiveness of limited testing time, and enabled plan to adapt seamlessly to address unforeseen testing issues.• Strategized and automated data processing efficiency using Visual Basic, Bash, and Python; reduced manual steps by 78%, reduced errors and enabled the team to focus on critical tasks. • Implemented sophisticated design optimization methods which expedited design components and provided rapid feedback on early vehicle design concepts; reduced development time and costs of concept vehicles.

• Redesigned critical vehicle component under extreme time pressure, coordinated with engineering and manufacturing groups to verify real-world performance, far exceeding customer expectations and amounting to 150% of our total annual development target.• Analyzed and presented results of aerodynamics simulations to customer, Hendrick Motorsports, and supported their weekly wind tunnel tests on full-scale NASCAR race cars; client won 22% of races entered over two years.

My project as a member of the Aerodynamics Team was to design and develop a drag reduction system for our car (more about this project below in the Projects section of my page). I also assisted in the manufacture of composite components such as the wings, undertray and endplates.As the Public Relations Lead I coordinated a 9-10 person team that maintained the team's website, wrote the monthly newsletter, and produced videos about the team, amongst other tasks. I was directly responsible for coordinating public outreach events (such as attending the Seattle International Auto Show), editing the newsletter, and coordinating the team's annual unveiling event, with an attendance of over 400 people.

During the summer of 2012, I was a mechanical engineering intern with IndiKar GmbH in Germany. The internship was conducted in both English and German. My role primarily involved the creation of welding jigs for various contract projects with Audi and Daimler. I also performed some quality control inspections of assembled armored panels and delivered components.
