• Perform bi-weekly payroll and special payroll runs. Coordinate communication to collect, compile, enter, and review hourly timesheet data. • Review payroll data for accuracy, employee record changes, and management approval/authorization. • Daily cashflow management of 13 bank accounts 7 of which have numerous daily activity. Transfer inter-company funds as needed in order to maintain liquidity requirements. Initiate daily loan payments or request funds as needed. Reconcile bank accounts and ensure the A/R postings and A/P postings are accurate.• Review and approve weekly print & mail check-run. Control check-run totals to CFO approval totals. • Responsible for all month-end and year-end closing responsibilities of Proper Tooling LLC and Proper Logistics. • Prepare journal entries for entry into the general ledger system on a monthly basis by collecting necessary data, analyzing and/or allocating costs and preparing audit train support for the journal entries.• Analyze general ledger accounts for accuracy; analyze accrual accounts to ensure proper accruals.• Handle petty cash on daily basis; In charge of monthly office supply orders. • Lead and provide training to the accounting team for payroll, A/R cash receipts, A/P postings and compiling and providing financial statements.

 Respond to questions, perform research, and provide clients with pertinent plan related information regarding plan activity and operations for their assigned plans Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure resolution, keep the client informed on the status of research, close out case when complete Manage plan installations, conversions, and broker dealer changes through implementation Establish working relationships with others within the organization in order to achieve common objectives of opening and serving multiple plans
