For Indonesia, currently we manage 2 (two) big retail gas station in West Java and East JavaScope of Work :• CAPEX Accrual process in SAP• To handling AUC process• Handling accreditation / assessment process in obtaining new contractors and vendor• Coordination with Procurement Manager to maintain and updated budget monitoring as per project • Mapping equipment stock• To negotiate with vendors and ensure for good relation• Request quotation to our vendors• create Purchase Request (PR/PO) by using SAP system• Create Good Receipt/Service Entry by using SAP for PTP Module• Drafting contract between vendors and client• Compare and evaluate the offers from suppliers• Following up vendors based on scheduled deliveries• Coordinate with the site team to ensure equipment delivery is on schedule • Collaborate with Construction Manager managing & collecting data for Project Closure Report • Preparing weekly report to Artelia Global in France and to Project Manager & Indonesia’s Country Lead• Review invoices from vendors• Review expenses claim for employees
