▪ Represent association, industry and member interests in collaboration with Latvian governmental organisations such as Ministry of Economics, Ministry of Finance, LIAA, State Revenue Service etc.▪ Establish and maintain relationships with business organisations and associations such as LVRA, LDDK, LTRK etc.▪ Work with board and staff to ensure that the association mission is fulfilled through programs, strategic planning and community outreach▪ Oversee the planning, implementation and evaluation of the association's programs and services▪ Organise and execute assigned projects according to association requirements

▪ Introduce and develop Ezītis Miglā bar & restaurant chain▪ Introduce and develop various food and beverage businesses such as Cocktial bar RŪM, Bar Liepa, Tower Nightclub and Concert Hall etc.▪ Represent and develop SUBWAY restaurant brand in Latvian market▪ Create and oversee the planning, implementation and evaluation of the organisation's programs and services▪ Ensure that the programs and services offered by the organization contribute to the organization's mission and reflect the priorities of the Board▪ Oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the organisation▪ Recruit, interview and select staff that have the right technical and personal abilities to help further the organisation's mission▪ Oversee marketing and other communications efforts▪ Review and approve contracts for services

▪ Generate new development deals for real estate development company that focuses on Latvian property projects▪ Coordinate purchase of land and property and manage the work of architects, construction companies and property managers and brokers▪ Provide direction between design and construction teams of each project.▪ Resolve technical and schedule issues, providing leadership and direction with external parties.▪ Prepare (develop, validate and maintain) cost estimates as needed for all construction-related needs.▪ Develop, monitor, maintain and enforce project schedules. Develop remediation plans if needed.▪ Determine property value, economic trends and zoning ordinances when assessing land for potential projects.▪ Ensure property management and leasing of existing real estate projects▪ Oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the organization
