As Building Engineer;1. Assist the Building Manager in reviewing the performance of contracted service provider2. Monitors day to day operational activities of the technical team/staff relative to the maintenance of all equipment facilities of the building such as but not limited to the following:• Electrical/power/machine/communications room• Genset Operations• Fire alarm systems• Pumps/plumbing systems• Elevators• ACCU’s• Others (relative to all equipment facilities)3. Reviews and recommends approval of payment of billings of all contracted service providers (relative to maintenance of equipment facilities)4. Prepares weekly and monthly reports and appraises the Property Manager of the undertakings and problems of the operations.5. Monitors and undertakes the schedule of preventive maintenance of all equipment facilities.6. Updates and maintains records or documents (manuals, warranties, contact numbers and equipment ledgers) of all equipment.7. Coordinates with contractors/service providers relative to the efficient maintenance activities of the technical team.8. Supervises directly all the members of the technical team (EE/ME technician, General Maintenance staff, helpers and all contracted service providers for equipment facilities maintenance only. As Pollution Control Officer;1. Ensures that the company complies with the Environmental Laws.2. Promotes environmental awareness to the company.3. Ensures that pollution control duties in relation to air pollution, industrial noise and emissions, contaminated land and other environmental matters are undertaken in accordance with Law.4. Ensures that pollution control legislation is enforced in a fair and proper manner.5. Ensures that equipment and systems are properly maintained.6. Submits quarterly Self-Monitoring Report(SMR) and Semi-annual Compliance Monitoring Report(CMR).7. Collates, analyses and interprets data and other information.

Check the quality of work of contractors3. Determine if the site plan requirements has been met. Written reports and recommendations to correct deficiencies must be submitted with photographs as required.4. Creates Monthly report to Immediate head5. Monitors Power and water consumption per branch and finds ways to save.6. Do repairs/maintenance work at showrooms.(Mechanical, electeical, plumbing and fire pro)7. Maintains the overall apperance of all showrooms under Gateway motors8. Do maintenance/repair to service equipment such as, compressors, lifters, pumps, Pressure washers, etc.

1. Check/Approve Electrical Plan of mall tenants if it follows the standard set by the mall.2. Ensure that all equipment and facilities such as Power house, Sewage Treatment Plant, Pump Rooms, AHU rooms and Electrical Rooms are in good working condition. Implement preventive maintenance and undertake corrective maintenance.3. Check the quality of work of mall contractors/tenant contractors.4. Determine if the site plan requirements has been met. Written reports and recommendations to correct deficiencies must be submitted with photographs as required.5. Creates bi-Monthly report to Mall Operation Manager.6. Read Power and Water consumptions monthly then submits it to head office.7. Conducts monthly meeting with engineering personnel.

1. Perform engineering reviews and determines w/c standard and codes will be applied.2. Perform inspections to any designated area and determine If the work performed by the contractors is in compliance with applicable standards and codes, corrections needed and if work should be stopped.3. Perform visual inspection on site daily and make recommendations for corrective work required prior to acceptance.4. Review approved as built plans5. Determine if the site plan requirements has been met. Written reports and recommendations to correct deficiencies must be submitted with photographs as required.6. Maintain records and reports related to inspection results and field or laboratory results7. Identifies client needs and urgency, other issues and resources to be considered.8. Provide informations and assistance needed by higher level staffs, clients/Owners and other inspectors.9. Performs drafting using variety of computer programs and drafting tools10. Perform Quantity Surveying at site11. Evaluate billing progress of the contractor prior to endorsement to owner12. Provide monthly report to the Owner13. Provide Weekly report/update to the Owner to the items that are critical.14. Review Owner Supplied Materials
