• Coordinating, Reviewing and Checking of draft tender documents to assist in the preparation of technical and commercial bids for Company projects.• Coordinating, Checking and preparing of tender documentation queries to consultants/clients to confirm and collect any missing data including insurance• Coordinating and undertake the interpretation & review of system drawings to identify any difference to tender requirements and raise queries against specification.• Coordinating and undertake the review and generation of Bill of Quantity against system drawings to ensure alignment and to identify materials types & quantities. • Attend pre-bid meeting and make site visits as required.• Study the Drawing, specifications, Condition of contracts, soil reports, outline scope of works etc., and report briefly to the Estimation Manager• Select the items of works which require quotations and assist subordinates in preparation of quotation packages for various items.• Secure quotations from vendors / subcontractors on jobs that cannot be produced in house.• Preparation, reviewing and checking of cost comparison for major material & subcontractor items.• Maintain an updated database of Suppliers and Subcontractors for various materials and specialized works.• Review and verify the accuracy of Bills of Quantities provided by the Client / Consultant.• Prepare a schedule of estimate non-compliances, and recommends tender qualifications to the Estimation Manager• Preparation and Undertake value engineering and preparation of alternative offers.• Preparation of Risk Assessment of the Tender• Studying, Checking, and Quantity taking off (using soft ware’s like Planswift, Auto CADD) of all types of Tenders• Upon award of the Projects, Check and prepare Contract documents including Bills of Quantities
