I instruct a course for first year students that facilitates their transition into the institution of higher education.

I am an academic advisor for student that are housed under the IUPUI University College. I also co-instruct three learning communities for first year students.

I co-advised three Greek councils (PHA, IFC, and NPHC) comprised of 600+ affiliated students. I developed and facilitated programing to promote unity amongst the Greek students on campus. I also assisted the Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life with developing and implementing policies and procedures for the entire Greek community. I was the developer and facilitator of council executive board new officer retreat. I was the lead advisor to the Order of Omega Honor Society. I also developed the IUPUI Fraternity and Sorority Life Program Board
