• Along with EPE Committee, designed and created the City of Houston’s new HEAR EPE Forms (i.e., Non-Managers and Supervisor/Manager Forms), which were approved by the Mayor and implemented for future City use in FY2013• Manage Director’s Office Budget, financial processes and operations.
