Accountable for all the permanent national accounts and temporary leasing of the Pittsburgh Mills Mall a 1.3M sq. property.Responsible for national accounts and temporary deals for the other properties within the Zamias Portfolio and 3rd party owned properties.Cold calling, attend National & Regional ICSC conventionsAssist with the operations and marketing of all the Zamias properties. Complete autonomy of the revenue-generating program within Pittsburgh Mills Mall, Northway Mall, and Ashtabula Town Center, OH, East Town Mall in Green Bay, WI. and Consumer Square West S/ C in Columbus, OH. Interim G.M, responsible for the daily operations, security, marketing, budgets, P & L, A/ R, A/P, and maintenance of Pittsburgh Mill Mall.
