Provided engineering support for Moberly Brake Operations as a Certified Six Sigma Blackbelt. Evaluated, tested, and documented customer warranty data and returns for corrective actions. Duties also included Product Engineering responsibilities over select production and low volume service lines. This included working with cross-functional teams and coordination of product costing, documentation and adherence to product specifications, quoting and/or purchase of production tooling and related equipment, and production sample submissions (PPAP). My duties also included investigation and recommendation of cost savings/cost avoidance ideas utilizing Value Stream Mapping, lean production, and waste elimination

Provided design and engineering support for Mack Hils Inc., Mack Pro, and Mack Tool and Die. Used Autocad versions 12 and 13. Designed and coordinated the building of special machines, fixtures and mechanisms. Duties also included creating drawings for antique truck components and assemblies.
