Hello! I am a highly motivated individual with a strong background in sales, sales management, and customer service. I have had the honor of working and training highly skilled sales people, some who have even surpassed myself. My 15+ years of working in a retail environment has made me an expert in identifying and improving negative situations that may occur. I am currently self employed as a guitar teacher and also an owner of a music studio. My previous experience with customer service helps me teach students and help clients that want to record at my studio. I believe the more at ease a student/client is the better the results. I am always challenging myself and looking for ways to improve so I learn new things very quickly. I go above and beyond the call of duty because I feel that is the best way to harness you unrealized potential. My true passion comes from music. I have been a musician for over 15 years and love to write, record, and perform. I am currently writing and performing music under the moniker, Ernesto Hex, and I play all over NYC. I am as professional with my music as I am my work life so a good window into my work ethic is to check out my music.
