Designed and prepared structure modification and repair drawings based on equivalent strength/stiffness for general aviation and commercial aircraft. AutoCad LT 2004 was used for the preparation of the engineering drawings containing list of materials for submittal to the consultant FAA DER for approval and signature prior to the transmittal to the customer.

Assigned to the C 130 Wing Empennage and Aft Fuselage IPT group. Designed and prepared the modification drawings using CADAM and CATIA to define the installation requirements for customer peculiar equipment for the various versions of the C 130 aircraft which included the certification for the C130J aircraft. Performed engineering work related to the investigation and resolution of basic problems associated with the design, development and manufacture. Identified discrepancies and implemented corrective action through engineering change request.

Assigned to the G IV Operations Engineering Sustaining Group responsible for the incorporation of outstanding EO'S and the update of G IV Engineering Drawings manually and CAD drawings using CADAM.

January 1994 to May 1995Section Leader for the C-130 Wing Design IPT responsible for directing the assigned subordinate design engineers in planning, originating and developing structural and systems installation designs for the C-130 wing.May 1991 to December 1993A lead engineer in the C-130 Avionics and Electrical Installation Group. Duties were being responsible for the design and preparation of production engineering drawings using CADAM. These drawings defined the installation requirements for the avionics equipment installed on the various versions of the C-130 aircraft. August 1990 to April 1991On assignment to the Boeing Commercial Aircraft Company located in Renton, Washington as part of the Lockheed Martin Aeronautical Systems Company Design build team for the Boeing 777 Wing Leading Edge Slat Program. Prepared preliminary structural design layouts using CATIA for the Boeing 777 slat structural components and served as team leader for 4 other Lockheed engineers.May 1988 to July 1990On Assignment to the Advanced Tactical Fighter Program located in Burbank, California. Designed and prepared engineering drawings using CADAM for the YF22 prototype forebody structural members. During the forebody and canopy structural assembly, served as liaison design engineer.May 1961 to April 1988A staff engineer assigned to the Avionics and Electrical Installation Group. Designed and prepared production and Kit engineering drawings using CADAM to define the installation requirements of avionics equipment for C-130, C-5A and C-5B aircraft. A staff engineer on the V-22 Osprey Composite Design Team. Conducted trade studies and prepared preliminary design layouts of wing trailing edge components. A staff engineer on an Advanced Technology Air Vehicle Program. Design engineer on each of the following projects: C-141A, L-1011, Jetstar II, C-5A, C-141B Stretch Program and C-5A Wing Mod Program.
