Responsible for setting policies for the company profiles data set. I served as the subject matter expert regarding data policies, capabilities, methodology, and functionality for company descriptive data. In this role, I owned all projects related to this data set and was responsible for collaborating with technology, product, sales, and data operations to improve our collection tools and add new data to products. We were able to facilitate ingesting third-party feeds through automated industry mapping and AI to create new data.

Led the Document Sourcing, Business Segment, and Industry Classification teams in the US and India. I created efficient workflow processes enabling seamless communication across diverse locations. Through innovation and LEAN initiatives, I was able to eliminate the collection of executive compensation data and document sourcing in the US. I also trained the staff in India to collect business segment data which enabled the transition to India, eliminated redundant data collection, and created significant cost savings.

Managed analyst responsible for third-party feeds and market data. I created new systems to add data to our existing databases at a large scale through reference data mapping and automated quality checks. The high-quality market data was a significant reason S&P continually won best in class awards for its data. I have also received the highest award within the company for Talent Development recognizing my ability to develop high-producing teams.

With the excess capacity, we were able to increase the industry classification population by 30% adding significant value to our products.
