 Coordinating between SWAP Tech Telecom and Expresso Company. Supervising and Monitoring of console in Network Operation Center (NOC)  Dispatch and contacting field operation engineers in the various Region of Ghana, on all cell site problems and solving them (24 hours). Interface with engineering to locate technical problems that may arise during engineering process (Emergency Escalation). Identifying and Escalating potential faults (alarms) according to the escalation software and procedures. Providing technical support to customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting. On-site Maintenance support in case of major or critical problems that can't be solved or local subcontractor according to Service Level Agreement ( SLA) Responsible for handling technical cases on Trouble Ticket system and keep tracking those problems during the whole resolving process Preparing daily, monthly reports on all cell sites for management and briefing Management of all escalations of faults and recommendations to improve site performance. Carrying out 24hour Routine Maintenance of all Cell Sites in Volta Region.  Perform both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on network equipment (BTS and Microwave). Preventive Maintenance of Generators, monitoring and reporting fuel shortage, faulty Air conditioners of cell sites to managements. Carrying out emergencies as quickly as possible and proactive in other to prevent outages of any kind  Installations of back up batteries at cell sites. Installation and faults Rectification at Power Section and BST Section of sites. Troubleshooting alarms on BTS, ODU and IDU and Ensuring that all external alarm are configured and are functioning at all times. Antenna and Radio assembling/ Link Alignment and Troubleshooting,
