About Ernest Mccracken

I have my masters in computer science with a concentration in networking and routing intelligence. My research includes Internet intelligence and wireless sensor networks. I also taught as an adjunct professor at the University of Memphis teaching undergraduate computer science courses.I started my career as a front end developer working on new JS frameworks as well as maintaining legacy backend systems. In the past I worked in developing new front end(Modern Web) client architectures that are used company wide. These architectures include JavascriptMVC, SOOJS, canJS, and angularJS to name a few. I currently work with React and SEO focused NextJS as well as Go Lang microservices.I am an organizer for Memphis Game Developers creating the midsouth's first VR laboratory. Game development and community engagement has always been a passion.Hobbies include building multirotor and fixed wing drones, video games, Both FDM and Resin 3D printing, lots of random embedded systems stuff, and lately lots of miniature wargame painting.
