Reporting to the Program Manager, leading project-based teams of up to 60, responsible for ensuring all contractual agreements are met in line with agreed objectives whilst ensuring all Organisational SLA’s and KPI’s are adhered to. Also accountable for the complete management of Task Orders at Okinawa, Japan; Puget Sound, WA; New Cumberland, PA; Tracy, CA, and continuously enhancing the internal procedures to improve the service quality.• Successfully developed, created, and implemented the operational KPIs including operational metrics, procurements metrics etc.• Managing the team through coaching, mentoring, and training to significantly improve operational efficiency and savings, examples include:o Increased inventory accuracy from 95% to 97.4%• Ensured project and contractual deadlines were met through leading the recruitment and training of 50 staff during the global pandemic.• Led the team to consistently meet KPI’s including times with new untrained staff.• Designed and facilitated training sessions to upskill 8 staff on the Theatre Consolidation and Shipping Process (Distribution Depot in Okinawa Japan) in half the allocated time (3 months as opposed to 6 months).

Reported to the Program Manager, managed the complete operations for the DLA warehouse, SSA warehouse (Army Supply Warehouse), Central Receiving Point(CRP), Theater Consolidation and Shipping Point (TCSP) and Material Processing Center (MPC) for Camp Lemonnier Djibouti, including logistics. As the Manager accountable for providing strategic guidance and leadership to a team of 24 including 16 local Nationals – all aspects of day-to-day management including training needs analysis, performance management and mentoring junior members of the team.• Introduced initiatives to improve communication with local government customers thereby increasing customer satisfaction.• Designed and facilitated the onboarding and training of 24 team members on internal operational procedures ensuring all KPI’s were met.• Analysed and led the continuous improvement in processes through the introduction of industry best procedures and ensuring compliance with Government regulations:o Created and rolled out a SOP decreasing the time taken to ship material turned in for disposition to 2 weeks (from 3+ weeks) • Project managed the completion of a USD1m re-warehousing initiative in two months – improving overall capacity by 25% and a 36% increase in locations.• Identified and led the stakeholder approvals to implement a strategic change to use surface transport for low priority goods – saving USD300,000 in 2019.

Reported to the Site Manager, responsible for the ESOC, Inventory, Customer Service, Quality Control and Contract Compliance at the Bahrain Distribution Centre, through leading and managing a team of 5. Accountable for ensuring the accuracy of 8000+ lines and all aspects of quality control for the depot.• Designed, developed and led the implementation of the quality control plan, including leading the continuous improvement in procedures to enhance productivity.• Oversaw the annual quality control audits for the depot – consistently reducing the error margins.• Developed and spearheaded the introduction of a cyclic inventory program leading to a 100% accountable annual inventory.• Reduced the shipment numbers and receiving discrepancies by 15% through the creation and roll out of a Quality Control Plan.• Contributed to organisational succession planning with the mentoring and training of 2 junior employees.

Reported to the Operations Manager, responsible for the complete management of 403k SF of warehouse space with 100k line items. Leading and managing a team of 32 and ensuring all KPI’s are met. Developing and implementing streamlined procedures and maintaining quality control objectives and production procedures maximising operational performance.
