I am in charge of all front end operations. I am over all customer service and department managers, cashiers,cart associates and customer service associates. I do scheduling for all front end personnel, handle customer complaints,review cash office reports and order front end supplies. I am also responsible for putting in service orders for damaged equipment. I conduct interviews and also coach associates when needed.

I coached the Jv girls team for 3 seasons and the Varsity team for 9 seasons. In 2013 we won the schools first ever State Championship and were 9 time division champs.

As operations manager I was in charge of all trading floor and back office employee. I was responsible for all personnel training, interviewing,hiring and terminations. I also handled customer related issues and monitored the brokers trading accounts. As a broker I executed customer orders in the precious metals trading pit in an open outcry environment.

I did counts on stock and bond certificates to make sure all totals were correct with what the reports showed.
