Ernie founded GreenSpark with his best friends in 2002. While he has done almost every job at GreenSpark over the past twenty-one years, his favorite place to be is helping people. That is why Ernie is our Director of Customer Care - helping customers learn about their solar PV systems and problem solving any issue that may arise. Ernie helps the Customer Care team manage all aspects of both residential and commercial customer requests, making sure they are happy with their solar PV system as it produces green, local power, whether the system is brand new or has been operating for decades.Ernie is NABCEP certified PVIP solar installer. He and his wife Amy have two children and live in Webster, NY. They enjoy quality family time and all the fun that two bright, healthy children bring every day!
