As a Group Product Manager I led product strategy and execution for two of our core product competencies (lead capture, and automation). In my group I had two software development teams whose roadmap I created and backlog I managed, while also leading three product managers as direct reports. These product managers had their own engineering teams and were responsible for execution against the lead capture strategy and our payments & e-commerce feature set. We are outcome oriented, and data driven. We adopted a culture of both qualitative discovery/research and quantitative data driven decisions. And our focus was primarily on driving activation, retention and engagement in lead capture, automation and payments.
