• Tracking, routing and redirecting received requests to appropriate departments analyzing beforehand Partners needs and objectives, quick respond to Partners feedback, follow up of requests execution• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of requests• Properly escalating unresolved queries to the next level of support• Collaborate with developers for clarifying, proceeding requests• Collaborate with legal department regarding addendums, contracts, license issues• Collaborate with finance department regarding invoices and payments• External communication with Partners for defining the latter requirements• Email correspondence regarding a few requests (confidential information with Payment Systems, 3rd party Providers)• Assistance and training via Skype calls in using tools (CRM, CMS, Affiliate, Backoffice, etc)• Prepare reports upon Partner request• Filling documents requiring due diligence for Partner• Creating manuals both for team members and Partners usage
