I was hired as a Social Recreation Executive, In my tenure there, I increased the membership uptake by 20% by organizing membership recruitment talks for the Pilots and Cabin Crews Of SIA. I also ensured a spectrum of social activities are curated to cater to different age group of members. In the Social Committee I answer to stakeholders of SIA and ensure my activities meet both KPI and ROI. I emcee for official events and organized Flea Market at the Club. The flea market organized has minimum 60 stalls uptake with almost 1000 participants. I also managed outbound trips for members to various sightseeing tours. I sit as a Board Member of Social Recreation Committee.I was offered two pay raises within a period of 3 months for my efforts.

Engaged as a Resident DJ, I spin and provide entertainment for Flanagan group and was later promoted to Business Development Manager where I oversee the running of 3 outlets in Singapore and One in Petaling Jaya. I was also the Guests DJ on many occasions at the the PJ outlet. My portfolio included Marketing, Costs Control, Entertainment and Promotions. The outlets under me has an increased revenue of 30%.
