I oversaw the development of training materials and curriculum for courses and programs for agency personnel as well as government and private sector partners. This included distance various learning initiatives, Webinars, and special training events such as FedWeek for government personnel. Development was done through the ADDIE Model, using development software programs such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate, and Camtasia. I directed the process for training evaluation for OTI courses, applying the Kirkpatrick training evaluation model and using SurveyMonkey to collect data. This process included reviewing course materials to ensure they were current and accurate and implementing revisions as necessary. I also oversaw OTI Directors, their subordinate instructional staff, and contract subject matter experts in delivery of OTI course curriculum and materials. This included initial and advanced compliance training courses on OSHA standards and enforcement. I also directed the review and revision of the agency training directive for compliance personnel.
