The General Systems Department (Engineering Services) is defined as the focal point for Technical Queries related with· Placards and Markings· ECS· Equipment/Furnishings and Cargo Hold· Fire Protection· Flight Controls· Hydraulic System· Anti-Ice and Rain Protection· Landing Gear· Oxygen System· Pneumatic System· Water and Waste· Door Mechanismto the in-service fleet under ‘scope’. Within this role, I am accountable for managing the customer in-service issue/query resolution by either providing response based on available/approved data and/or initiating actions within Airbus/Airbus Defence & Space to solve the issue/query.The General Systems department is also responsible to provide AOG and ‘out of office’ technical support.

During my MASI Internship period I worked within the AMTAC (Service Engineering) department.AMTAC is in charge of providing answers to technical questions in reduced timeframes to release the aircraft avoiding Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations.Tasks:· Establish and deliver, for all programs, on time and consistent solutions for the daily technical queries raised by customers regarding aircraft structure and system problems.· Promote the analysis of incidents / technical data related to aircraft in service.· Manage and process all technical requests including response to clients.· Unchain and track corrective actions. Ensure the compliance of the KPIs (OTD, ...).· Provide technical solutions to customers about the problems related to aircraft in service.· Consolidate and analyze the data of aircraft in customer service.

Just after finishing my phase as a member, Coordinator and General Coordinator of UPC Space Program, I enter the SURTAM association as part of the Organisation Team in the Logistics and Fair Coordination of the following editions.
