Dr. Tsang is responsible for teaching building services engineering for Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Surveying and Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Building Services Engineering.

Dr. Tsang’s doctorate degree was conferred in 2010. His research interests are on daylighting performance in buildings, application of innovative daylighting system and its implications on visual comfort and building energy. Dr Tsang was a Scheme A trainee in Meinhardt (M&E) Ltd after obtained his BEng(Hons) Degree. He was working on institutional, hotel project. Before he left Meinhardt (M&E) Ltd. He involved in Hong Kong Science and Technology Park Phase 2 Development.
