RESPONSIBILITIES: Own the Missions Strategy 1. Establish and enhance the vision of the organisation 2. Evaluate consistently how we’re doing missions/where missions is headed in the future, and keep us on the cutting edge 3. Operate as the primary vision caster to the WCGM staff about Missions 4. Provide stories from missionaries/missions trips to the experience department for the use during offering, messages, social media, etc.5. Drive the Social Media presence of Missions within WCGM 6. Oversee and manage the budget for trips and missionary care Provide Excellent Care for Supported Missionaries 7. Create a system of care and communication that honours each missionary and blows them away8. Establish a system that provides the most effective way to care for our missionaries near and far 9. Develop leaders to assist with the management of the system 10. Design a process to evaluate each missionary bi-yearly Plan and Organize Short Term Trips11. Recruit leaders for the trips § Create a system to identify strong candidates § Empower and train leaders to ensure they are fully prepared physically, emotionally and spiritually. 12. Determine what trips that we will take for the following year SKILLS: 13. Have full support of Next Level Church and have the personal qualities that fit in the behavioural core values 14. Passionate about missions and developing people 15. Naturally driven/self-starter 16. Innovative think to plan and implement new systems 17. Excellent interpersonal communication skills
