• Operations Team lead for daily office operations and personnel to delegate and prioritizing workflow to meet organizational goals. • Delegate workflow and timelines around key BPS functions such as application approval, exam scheduling and distribution of BPS Certificates.• Assures that ADA accommodation requests are processed according to standards.• Finance manager of BPS annual certifications maintenance fees, monthly account balance/reporting and generate reports for annual budget projections.• Compose, proof, and distribute technical and informative correspondence to potential candidates, certified pharmacists, Board and Council members, and other constituencies.• Responsible for inventory and logistics for exhibits and promotional materials for BPS meetings and conferences.• Process conference exhibitor kit orders for BPS meetings and conventions and liaison to manage exhibit management vendor.• Coordinate with APhA Creative Services department to develop and update various electronic & physical graphic materials such as BPS certificates, logos, and website content.• Data base specialist and key liaison to the data base admin team/vendor to Identifyand implement system improvement, troubleshoot, & resolve system issues.• Generate BPS data base reports to identify, key demographics, training, and education data for statistical analysis.• Key liaison to BPS test delivery vendor to assure outstanding customer examination experience.
