• Managed data, using Excel and Power BI to clean and manipulate data. SQL server was worked with to query data and then visualized externally. Python was also used to analyse data and discover insights.• Excel, Power BI and Python were the software types of choice to produce visualisations in the form of graphs and interactive dashboards.

•Assisted in remodelling the store to improve visibility and reachability for the customers to get items, leading to an improved flow of customers getting in and out of the store smoothly when purchasing their items.• Communicated and listened to customers by answering any questions they have or offering assistance; to help find, collect and explain to them how the items they are looking for function, resulting in 100% customer satisfaction. •Trained new employees showing them the warehouse procedures in accordance with company and personal health and safety. Showing new staff how these procedures are carried out and explaining to them the time schedule. New staff were able to correctly follow all procedures and this made it easy for day staff to start their tasks without any delay.

• Replaced hard-drives, monitors and rams on desktops. Also updating Windows Operating Systems.
