• Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of bespoke technology solutions across Small, Medium, and Corporate customers (successfully completed 7 full lifecycle Salesforce implementations) for hyper-growth SaaS startup• Act as single point of contact during project implementation and advise the customer’s upper management and technical teams on platform best-practices to ensure successful project delivery• Architect robust solutions and build custom product configurations leveraging the Salesforce technology stack• Define business requirements and process flow required to build custom integrations between the Salesforce platform and the customer’s third party finance systems
