My career path has been a bit conventional. With over 20 years in the United States Army, I have always enjoyed sharing my enthusiasm for company policy and culture while leading personnel to become a unified, confident workforce. With my natural disposition to lead, motivate, and develop others to perform successfully, I know I can bring invaluable leadership to any organization. During my career, I have held significant leadership positions ranging from small group to large scale operations. However, my true passion was realized when I was promoted to Individual Training Executive Manager. I embraced the challenges inherent in managing 115+ associates and leveraged my organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills to monitor and facilitate individual staff development. Working with youth and entering the U.S army at the beginning of my career was the perfect opportunity to learn to problem solve and become discipline.
