The San Francisco Bay Area NCBA Chapter was a 501{C} nonprofit organization chapter that was hereby granted a Charter and was henceforth accorded all the privileges of an officially charted Chapter by the National Caucus and Center on Black Aged, Inc. The SF Bay Area NCBA Chapter was officially charted on the 31st day of January 2002, the first officially charted Chapter in the Golden State of California. The SF Bay Area NCBA Chapter was a powerful new force in shaping the future on aging issues and improving the quality of life for African Americans and low income minority elderly chapter members. The SF Bay Area NCBA Chapter established a volunteer, compassionate, caregiver escort service for the Chapter's frail, elderly, disabled, low income and socially isolated members who were victims of the State of California budget cuts crisis. The San Francisco Bay Area NCBA Chapter Volunteer Senior Rights Information Brokers Assistance Outreach service informed chapter members who were caregivers about caregiving issues, aging issues in the African American community and community resources. A serious Brain Aneurysm in May of 2004 ended my efforts as President to collaborate with Temple University Center for Intergenerational Learning as the model and the centerpiece of the San Francisco Bay Area NCBA Chapter Mentoring Across Generations Intergenerational Program.

Inforpeneurs Information Sources Portfolio respresented the Political, economic and Publicity interests of the African National Congress of South Africa, Lobbying the U.S. Congress and the Executive Branch. The African National Congress worked with Inforpreneurs to raise funds to support its candidates in South Africa's elections in April 1994, which marked the first time Blacks had the right to vote.Infopreneurs did lobby for private investment to "re-start" the South Africa economy and the establishment of a special fund for SA by the U.S. Government to insure that any foreign aid isn't diverted from other African nations.

As a member in good standing of the U.S. Arab Chamber of Commerce {Pacific} Incorporated for the years 1984-1986, NCIA circulated the One Million Voices Against APARTHEID Petition Position Paper to all the Principal Chambers of Commerce in the Arab world. NCIA was responding to the emergency situation in South Africa, and to the Reagan Administration's support of the Botha regime, by re-doubling our efforts to dump constructive engagement. If a particular Arab Chambers Of Commerce decided to make a financial contribution, we of course welcomed it for comprehensive and mandatory sanctions against racist South Africa.policies.
