*Field incoming help desk requests from end users via telephone, e-mail, ticketing systemor any other method identified.*Ensure the stable operation of the in-house computer network and all connected PCs andperipherals, including planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining,supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software and communication links.*Analyze and resolve end user hardware and software computer problems and provide end user training where required.* Perform maintenance per the IT maintenance calendar adhering to documentedmaintenance procedures.*Monitor and maintain all data backup systems.*Maintain all IT asset management systems to include Manage Engine.
