Program Manager for the Urban Seniors Job Program for individuals 55 and older in Jefferson, Bullitt, Nelson and Oldham counties. Manage and supervise on the average 120 program participants. Enroll and exit participants in the program and advocate between the host agencies. Facilitate the program enrollment process, new member orientations, quarterly meetings for participants and host agencies. Perform monitoring site visits with host agencies assuring participants training assignments environment are being met according the federal guidelines. Enter information into the Department of Labor's data base, review reports and correct any rejections. Outreach events to the community to create new host agency partnerships.
