Customer Satisfaction:* Built a computer for a client who wanted a “Ferrari” for a computer, i.e. a high performance computer. I love putting these high-rev systems together. After lots of hard work, multiple visits to the local vendor, the end product was well worth the effort. Installed were a 22” Sony LCD monitor, the latest graphics card, motherboard, chip, memory, hard drive, plus all the latest software and drivers. Needless to say, the client is still very satisfied with the system and always wears a seat belt after logging on. * Helped a client with her sound driver problem that she had on her laptop. Her laptop’s OS had been converted from Microsoft Vista to XP by her class’s instructor, which is usually not good for laptops, since they are very proprietary with their drivers. I did extensive research and eventually found a generic sound driver that was compatible with her laptop. The client was very satisfied, and to this day, still comes to me with service requests for her laptop and other computer-related problems.
