I started my new position in the Functions team. I am working in Powernet Guardian ECU, where my new responsibilities are the following; 1) Work with the requirements (edit, validation, etc) and create the link connection to have the right traceability in the project.2) Work with the Model-Based design of the project using the Matlab, Simulink and TargetLink dSPACE.3) Verify the connection's Models with DaVinci Developer and other activities in relation with this tool (Connection Ports, Type, and another concepts).4) The creation of Test Cases to validate the coverage the generated code from the Models.5) Test and debugging with the ECU target in the real time.

I worked in Ultrasonic Sensor ECU project in the BSW team, but I was not focused only on technical issues because I helped to different fields as processes, implementations, issues, analysis of memory dumps, management in the team and contact with the client.

Worked on Body Control Module (BCM) with the Application layer according to AUTOSAR concepts. In Application layer, I developed diverse requirements for all inputs/outputs signals as; exterior light, interior light, Car door lock signals, Short protection for output signals, etc. My expertise is not limited only to Application layer because sometimes I need to validate the configurations in BSW or Application Model according to signals.For debugging skills, I validated each Hardware release of BCM to be ensure the Input/Output physical signals were working correctly. Also, my experience in debugging covers from physical signals, framework, Application Models using the right tool (scope, debuggers, testbench/whitebox/bench) to find the issue or misconfiguration.Along my career in Continental, I participated in different platform Radios to currently stay in BCM project.

I worked as an instructor, researcher, developer and designer for the Laboratory of Embedded System and Computer Architecture. I remake news practices with today’s concepts and news tool for developing, debugging and testing languages (VHDL for computer architecture, C and C++ for embedded).The news practices for Embedded System are programming C/C++ to architecture 32-bits ARM Cortex M3 and ARM Cortex A8. The devices are programming on standalone, with API or without API and RTOS (uc/os-II). And correct use to semaphore, queue, mailboxes, etc for Real Time Embedded and debugging, porting and memory debugging for Android Native.The news practices for Computer Architecture are using more tools from Xilinx for Synthesis and Simulation. Use to devices like FPGA Spartan 6 Atlys, FPGA Spartan 3 S Board and Nexys 3. The VHDL using to design an MIPS processor with Hazard Detection Unit and Forwarding Unit.

I am collaborating with the company Movital Servicios de TeleSalud to continue the project Emergency Remote Pre-Hospital Assistance (ERPHA). The ERPHA will be implement on Android System, add news features like video streaming with data from other vital signs devices.Until today, I have developed one application on Android that uses the RTP protocol for video streaming. I have added a new vital signs device (oximeter) through Bluetooth on native programming. At present, I am continue working in the part of h264 encoded to attach data on video streaming also I am developing one application to receive the transmission on the final computer.

I worked as a researcher, developer and designer of an Embedded System that will replace the cluste’s car. This System was required/solicited by the company Visteon Corporation. The final goal of the Project is an Embedded System with OS Android and OS MeeGo for the graphic part, which contains all cluster´s instruments and other applications for the user. For the hardware part, the device will have CAN connection that will provide information to the system, which was developed a protocol for establishing to read and send data in the CAN.Finally, OS Android was mounted in the single-board computer. We have changed phase project to development graphics support (for OpenGL and Graphics Engine) with connection to CAN, Bluetooth and Serial Port, which will be use to build a Virtual Cluster that the company requires.

Provide technical leadership and project management within the development team. Design and development of entire device for security energy in the transformer. The main purpose of the device was to detect and stop the fraud in the energy industry.For the device, I design hardware with the software Protel, embedded software (language Dynamic C) with embedded microprocessors for control. Additionally, the communication was design with the standard of CISCO with RF. Finally, the project was documented for a possible patent process.

I provided technical and mechanical support in order to develop a robot which do a specific task. For the mechanic part the robot was limited for dimension and numbers of motors. The 32-bit ARM7 microprocessor was programming in language Robot C.
